VIRTUE-s meets Hebbelschule

Last Friday the partners of the ERASMUS+-project VIRTUE-s met at the Hebbelschule. This years partners meeting was held in Kiel and the partners from Sweden, Spain, Germany and the US paid a sunny visit to our school. The guests were very impressed by our school and by the artworks the students of the 10th and 11the grade produced within the project, at the moment shown in our assembly hall. VIRTUE-s is a biology project that aims to enhance ocean literacy using modern communication techniques to bring together the students of three European countries. At the Hebbelschule the Biology department and the Arts department collaborate on this aim and succeeded to bring out the handsome side of the projects study subject biofouling, normally a nuisance of ship owners.
